It is with immense excitement we’re able to announce our fourth free release. The highly anticipated debut from the incredible Ghost Writerz is a rework of the classic Gregory Isaacs tune ‘Rumours’. After a very long time locked in the lab at 137, Ghost Writerz are ready to start giving the world a taste of what they’re capable of. Having already done the rounds on dubplate for a little while this one is a tried and tested dancefloor killer. Ghost Writerz are duo Harry ‘Sleepy Time Ghost’ Metcalfe and Jason ‘Jimmy Screech’ Bradshaw. Pioneers of the UK’s very-own Sound System Music, their work fuses Reggae, Hip Hop and Jungle with conscious and sometimes raucous lyricism, melodic hooks and virtuoso playing of instruments to damage dancehalls.
